✅ Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging (including manuals, cables, etc.)

  • Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products that are used or damaged by the customer

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Digital goods or gift cards


💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received it and update you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us  with your order number and photos of the issue.

📩 How to Request a Return

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
